This is what happen...Got to work morning on thursday and friday replacing people on leave that deepavali..
For which I think suites me is at nite!
Haha but i love morning where people can go back early.. But in terms of users.. Rude users are in the morning.. Just because u think ur from singapore or US, u can be that rude? Try to be in our shoes! We are trying our best to actually serve ur needs that is sometime not needed at all! Oh gosh, i can talk crap about these users for days but this is the part i need to comment the shift. So the winner is still evening even though it seems that analyst can ponteng kerja time.. Well people are never perfect.. As long as it is not disturbing my work.. I'm fine with it..

It's been seven months since i work as HD in oil & gas company.. Too much shit experience and not forgetting the funny part of it.This is what i think funny when I heard stories analyst assisting user :
Analyst : How can I help u sir?
User : My computer is so slow.. How can you helpnme?
Analyst : Have youbtried shutting down your desktop?
User : (not even 5 seconds user answered done!)
Analyst : (wow his computer is damn FAST!!... While muting the phone) Can you try one more time sir?
User : (not even 5 sec user answered again - done!)
Analyst : (something fishy here) May I know how u shutdown and restart?
User : There's a button right beside my monitor. Turn on turn off ya? It's done ya?
Analyst : urrrrr...????!!!!
Next story it's about saying name :
User : what's ur name?
Analyst : Tinie sir ( dengan suku kata melayu yer.. Ti...ni...)
User : oh it's tiny ya
Analyst : No sir, tini?
User : ohh Tini, no problem tiny.
Analyst : uh Tini sir..
User : oh sorry Tini tiny? Err err
Analyst : thanks for calling sir, have a nice day.
User : you too tiny! Have a great day ahead tiny!!
Analyst : .............. T_T

Not saying that im Apple die hard fan.. But, i really love apple since i have my i phone. It is soo convinient even thousand times i keep on saying to change to bb. Hihi.. It less than a week for my convocation! Also this is the last mth for this yr for my long break. Will continue nxt yr! May be this is the closing of this yr. There is so much memory for this yr that quite sad for me to left it. My status of life change 1 step further. Now im not a full time student anymore. My life style change a little bit from time to time. Im become busyer and busyer also quite hard for me to hv my own privacy time! phewww!~
